Pravo
An internal web app for a law firm in Kyiv: AI reads a contract, flags risky clauses, compares them with the firm’s standard terms and drafts a memo for the client. The lawyer only reviews the result.

The task
The firm reviews over a hundred contracts for clients every month. A lawyer read each one by hand, checked the clauses against internal standards and wrote a memo in Word — three hours per contract on average. Urgent contracts waited in line, and senior lawyers spent their time on routine work.
They needed a tool that does the first read: finds the risks, suggests edits and drafts the memo, while the decision stays with the lawyer.
