Every piece is one of a kind: buyers see exact measurements, an honest condition report and before-and-after restoration photos, reserve a lot for 24 hours and pick a delivery day. The owners follow every piece from purchase to delivery and see its real margin.

The task
A Hackney shop with its own restoration workshop sold through Instagram and a marketplace that took a commission. Buyers asked for measurements and condition in DMs, the same piece sometimes sold twice — in the showroom and online — and delivery was arranged over email. Nobody knew what restoration really cost or the margin on each piece.
They needed their own store where every item is a lot with the full truth about it, and an admin panel that follows a piece from purchase to the buyer’s door and keeps the numbers.
What we did
A one-of-each catalogue
Every piece is a lot with a number, measurements in centimetres and inches, a drawing and a condition report: where the scratches are, what was replaced and what was left as is. Before and after photos compare with a slider.

Reservations and delivery
A lot can be reserved for 24 hours with a £50 deposit — it disappears from sale online and in the showroom at once. White-glove delivery across London with a choice of day, floor and old furniture removal.

A piece’s journey and margin
The admin panel moves each piece through stages: bought, restoration, photos, for sale, reserved, sold, delivered. Restoration hours and materials add up to the cost, so the margin is visible for every lot.

Van and buying
The van calendar spreads deliveries across London areas, and “Sell us your piece” requests with photos and measurements land in the admin panel for valuation. The owners see sales, time to sell and margin by category.
