The task
A store with two warehouses, in Lviv and Kyiv, sold its products through a template site and spreadsheets. Shoppers didn’t know which station they needed and called with one question: “Will it run my fridge?”. Managers reconciled stock between warehouses by hand, so items that were already gone sometimes got sold.
They needed a store that answers “how many hours will it last” on its own, and an admin panel where orders, warehouses and shipping live in one place.
What we did
Power calculator
Shoppers pick what they want to power and how many hours they spend without electricity. The calculator works out the capacity they need with a reserve and suggests a station or a kit with solar panels.

A catalog in hours
Instead of bare watt-hours, every card shows how many hours a fridge, laptop or router will run. Stock at each warehouse, a kit with panels and pay-in-installments are visible at a glance.

Admin panel and two warehouses
Orders with statuses and payments, real-time stock and reservations at both warehouses, transfers between them and low-stock warnings. Selling an item that’s out of stock is impossible.

Nova Poshta and analytics
A waybill is created in one click and the shopper gets tracking on their phone. The owner sees sales, average order value, top products and the share of orders that came through the calculator.
