A fundraising website for a charity that covers requests from Ukrainian defense units, and the charity’s internal CRM. Every fundraiser has an estimate before it starts and a report with receipts and waybills after the handover, and donors see in their account exactly which purchases their money went to.

The task
The foundation raised money through Instagram and a bank card jar and reported with scattered screenshots in stories. Donors couldn’t see where their money went, and after every fundraiser some of them stopped giving. Requests from units lived in messengers, and the 9-person team spent a week putting together a report for a single fundraiser.
They needed a system with transparency built into the process itself — from a unit’s request to a report with documents — where giving monthly is as easy as giving once.

Fundraisers with estimates
Every fundraiser starts with an itemized estimate, and a progress bar shows how much is raised and how much is left. Donations are one-off or monthly, in one tap from a phone.
