Chornobryvtsi
A Live Window for a flower shop in Pryluky: a ceiling camera shoots the bouquets from above every 5 minutes, and customers put a pin right on the photo on the bouquet they want. The florist gets the order with the same frame and pins, so it’s clear exactly what to put together.

The task
Most orders came through Viber and Instagram with one question: “What do you have right now?”. Florists photographed the display several times a day, and customers replied “that one, second from the left” or “the pink one next to the yellow ones”. An order took up to 9 messages, and florists often made the wrong bouquet.
Customers needed to see the real display and point at a bouquet as precisely as with a finger in the shop — and the florist needed to know right away what to make.
